If you’re unsure of where your life is headed, consider yourself lucky, because it means everything is possible for you to do.
I saw this on someone’s instagram the other day, and I realised how much it actually rings true to my life. Whenever people ask me questions that I don’t have a specific answer for, I just kind of say something along the lines of ‘oh, I don’t know, this or that’; and most have been a little stumped at how nonchalant I am with life, but it’s because of things like this. When you have no definite things in your life, your options are infinite. That’s just how I like to live; with infinite possibilities and adventures for me to take part in. Nothing in this life is really certain. Anything can happen at any moment of any time. So take the positive in that and run with it. Everything is possible.
I left Melbourne with no specific destination (which some people thought was stupidly crazy, or incredibly brave), but to me, that’s life. If I didn’t have a destination, then realistically, I could have gone anywhere. And that’s what I did. I gypsy-ed my way up the east coast, and eventually found myself a temporary home. I say ‘temporary’ only because who knows what will happen next month, next year or even 10 years. Yes I have a place to live and a job at the moment; both of which require me to live here for a while, but at the end of the day, nothing in life is permanent.
Use it to your advantage.
Nothing is set in stone.
Everything is possible.
