The Very Inspiring Blogger Award

Oh wow, this is probably one of the most nerve-wracking, humbling and inspiring things to happen to me. Thank you to The Road Less Travelled By for nominating for this award. I don’t really know the etiquette for this such thing, so I hope I can pay the kindness forward correctly and nominate other bloggers to continue this award on as it so deserves. I also assume I can’t nominate the person who nominated me…so I won’t, even though the blog is great to read and I would have suggested it regardless 🙂

3 Things That Have Inspired me This Week
1. Receiving this award nomination, and having the honour of paying it forward.
2. Being able to sit through a meditation class when a security alarm went off inside the building/room that we were in. It was absolutely distracting and deafening, and being very new to meditation I found it difficult to continue meditating with the ringing in my ears. I managed to get through a fair bit of it though before my ears started to give way, it was very testing and it was a struggle, but I’m proud of being able to let it pass through me for at least half our meditating time.
3. Seeing a friends art installation the other day. Her work is just amazing and so impressive, I really wish I was as creative and artsy as she is. Check her site out if you wish; Kuuvesi.
